About Vanessa T.
I thought I wanted to be a veterinarian growing up, then I realized I was allergic to dogs. Then I wanted to be a nurse, and quickly found out I couldn’t work with needles- but I loved the science involved. Eventually, I met my passions, and I now know how I can use them to help better the world around me. My focus? People Ops and Process Improvement. Let me explain! Organizations are successful because of its workforce; it is because of its talent that organizations thrive. If we focus on developing talent through people-centered operations, then take it a step further and leverage technology to improve processes so that people work more efficiently (not necessarily “more”), we end up with a culture driven on innovation and results. Happy employees with the right toolbox = better productivity. Remaining agile in today’s dynamic market is necessary, especially as technology and automation continues to become more and more dominant in every industry.
