It is a Digital Asset Management company in Germany, India, USA and other countries. I\'m working as a Product Owner in two Scrum temas each with 5 developers and a Scrum Master. We are responsible to rebuild the product to a new technology and market. This means I\'m analising the old product and set priorities that the costumer and partners most need and want to have in the new product. In the same time we need to be sure we are using the last technology available and easy to integrate. My task was to organize and prioritise topics relevant for customers and partners, work in the scrum events as sprints, road-map and all normal activities for a PO.
