Supporting and administering enterprise HR systems to enable core HR, payroll, timekeeping, recruitment, and compensation processes in a fast-paced, global environment• Acting as a key liaison between HR stakeholders and IT teams, translating business requirements into system enhancements and functional solutions• Providing end-user support and troubleshooting for HR technologies, managing 100+ tickets and resolving system issues to ensure minimal disruption to HR operations• Maintaining HR data accuracy, integrity, and compliance through regular audits, controls, and system monitoring• Supporting system enhancements, upgrades, and new feature rollouts through testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT)• Analysing HR system data and workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement• Developing and generating standard and ad-hoc HR reports to support workforce analytics and operational decision-making• Assisting with HR technology projects by tracking progress, documenting requirements, and communicating updates to stakeholders• Delivering training and guidance to HR users to improve system adoption and effective use of HR tools
