Manage a team of 5; 2 business analysts, 2 ServiceNow developers, and a contractor for Merger & Acquisition projects • Implemented ServiceNow for UCB • ServiceNow administrator and manager • Responsible for managing Loan Support Specialists and ensuring processes are in place for maintaining and supporting loan systems • Responsible for the mapping and accuracy of loan system conversions on all mergers and acquisitions • Responsible for managing vendor relations with third parties providing loan applications • Participate with the Director of Application Support, the Project Management Office and Business Process Analysts to incorporate loan application related roadmaps and initiatives into the priorities and initiatives of the department. • Establishment and maintenance of integration and interfaces that will result in frontline and backroom efficiencies • Work with the Project Management Office on any initiative that affects our loan systems or ServiceNow, including project definition, identification of necessary team members, interaction with appropriate vendors, and completion of required documentation. • Ensure the development of the Loan Application Support staff by providing cross-training to elevate the level of expertise of all team members in our effort to serve our internal customers. • Execute the implementation and maintenance of all assigned loan products, applications, systems and procedures. • Insure adherence to proper change management controls and processes as well as the associated documentation for compliance and regulatory purposes. • Lead and develop Loan Application Support staff to ensure all goals timelines and objectives are being met as required • Actively participate in appropriate user groups for key vendors, driving their development efforts to meet our most pressing needs. • Regularly interact with peer banks • Successfully mapped, tested, and brought acquired banks onto our systems
