We work collaboratively and proactively with our clients to understand their business objectives and enterprise information systems, as well as their individual legal circumstances. Leveraging this deep knowledge, we work with clients to reduce the risks and costs associated with all aspects of eDiscovery, information governance, and records management.\\\\n\\\\nAt Redgrave, my area of responsibility includes overseeing the strategy and execution of HR programs and practices that attract, motivate, and retain diverse talent, to deliver exceptional results and ensuring long-term success. Along with my team and organizational leadership, we work together to build and guide a wide range of initiatives at the Firm, including employee lifecycle process and recruitment, employee relations, benefits, diversity and inclusion, social activities, compliance, and collaboratively managing the day-to-day administration activities of the organization.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
