Support our New Construction (Multi-Family and Commercial) and Install divisions by-Build out Legal and Compliance Department including hiring and training-Strategize with Executive Leadership Team on growth in new markets and internal processes-Manage Contract Administration workload and assign work to team-Monitor contract deliverables for compliance with contract requirements-Review, redline and negotiate all contracts with our customers to ensure alignment with Standards and Proposal terms-Act as the contracts department\'s primary contact for prime contract and project personnel, handling all contract-related correspondence-Draft and edit contractual agreements, terms, and conditions; identify flow-down requirements to subcontracts based on prime contracts, ensuring consistency with company policies-Draft any legal documentation including Notices, Lien Documents, Agreements-Facilitate any onboarding paperwork for new customers and new projects-Complete new and renewal prequalification documents and manage updates of supporting documents -Build relationships with our customers/clients-Provide quarterly summaries of contracts won, breakdown of profit and materials/labor cost, reconcile for commission calculation-Manage all licenses, business permits across 7 states, all job or trade specific permitting-Maintain complete contract files and ensure compliance with contract requirements across all functional departments-Review complex legal documents and provide summaries or interpretations of documents to executive leadership
