   The County Line Barbecue Restaurant Company has six restaurants and isn\'t stopping there. All of our locations have beautiful scenic settings and have one of a kind private event spaces on the properties. It\'s an honor to be a part of a company that has been around for 41 years and that prides itself in serving legendary barbecue and creating memorable experiences for guests that come to visit from all over the world. I have been given the opportunity to direct The County Line\'s Events Team in building private event food and beverage sales company-wide and to manage marketing inspired events that promote our brand. I work directly with The County Line HQ Marketing and Operations Teams to research, develop and then produce unique events to gain more recognition and understanding of the barbecue experiences & services we offer in each of our markets. I have written standard operating procedures for the company in regards to The County Line Events Team\'s daily key responsibilities and I\'ve created individualized goal and reward programs. Annually, our restaurants company-wide book over 2,500 private events. It is my role to train, challenge and inspire all of our Events Team in their sales efforts for their separate markets. Also, I ensure that operationally they have the proper tools to book, plan and execute successful events. I am proud of the workshops & retreats that I\'ve organized for the Events Team, Restaurant Managers & HQ Operations/Marketing Staff. The spirit of community between the team is palpable after these meetings and the brilliant ideas that blossom from these gatherings has positioned us to continually be cutting edge in the marketplace.Smashing sales goals is of course energizing but more than that the growth in our team spirit is the most rewarding to me and keeps me inspired!
