I am a Technology Executive and Master Inventor who is passionate about applying cutting edge technologies to create innovative solutions for the most pressing challenges in healthcare and life sciences. I work at the intersection of technology, business and science, collaborating with clients on industry trends to co-create solutions that will have positive impact for patients and society. My leadership has contributed to:• The development and commercial launch of the first AI solution to perform DNA genomics interpretation in clinical oncology. Working with cancer institutes and diagnostic labs around the world, I led efforts to scale the offering to a multi-million-dollar business.• The development and support of key components in genomics test as part of Natera\'s innovative products for women\'s health, oncology and organ health. In 2023 we served ~2.5 million patients.• The advancement of precision oncology by increasing trust and adoption of the genomics test in partnership with Quest Diagnostics and other clients. For example, IBM partnership with the Veteran Affairs, as part of the US Cancer Moonshot Program, was announced by Joe Biden and helped veterans to receive state of the art cancer testing and care.I hold several patents in the areas of genomics interpretation, speech recognition and usability related to self-services applications. I am also committed to help women to succeed in their careers and in 2022 I was elected to co-lead the professional development program at Women of Natera (WON).

   As the leader of the Lab Informatics Engineering organization at Natera, I oversee a talented team of approximately 300 engineers dedicated to driving innovation and excellence. Our organization plays a crucial role in supporting three key business units: Oncology, Women\'s Health, and Organ Health. We manage a robust portfolio of over 10 products, each designed to enhance patient care throughout cell-free DNA testing.In 2024, Natera successfully conducted over 3 million tests, enabling us to support patients across multiple countries. I am passionate about leveraging technology and innovations to improve healthcare outcomes and foster collaboration across diverse teams to achieve our goals.
