I’m an internal communications and design professional with a talent for developing solutions without tools that cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. I’ve built an internal communications program from nothing at a small tech company and I’ve developed a restructure and redesign of internal communications at a world-renowned health system with employees – all with basic systems that were already in place. The results are more employee engagement, increased employee pride inspired by more professional and polished design, decreased or maintained costs, and decreased administrative burden associated with improved processes.
