I am a dedicated second-grade General Education teacher in a private school setting, holding two master’s degrees and a Colorado teaching license. I am deeply committed to cultivating a rigorous, supportive, and data-informed learning environment where every student is empowered to grow academically and socially.My instructional practice is grounded in evidence-based curricula, including Amplify CKLA for literacy, Bridges in Mathematics for conceptual math instruction, and ELA Achieve to support English Language Learners. I strategically align curriculum, instruction, and assessment to meet diverse learner needs while maintaining high academic expectations.I am a highly data-driven educator, utilizing monthly progress monitoring and benchmark assessments to inform instruction, target interventions, and track student growth. Through intentional analysis of student data and responsive teaching practices, my goal is for students to achieve at least 1.25 years of academic growth each school year.I value collaboration with colleagues and families, continuous professional growth, and reflective practice. I am passionate about building strong foundational skills in literacy and mathematics while fostering confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning in every student.
