I began my career in recruitment, where I quickly discovered my role as a matchmaker connecting the right people with the right opportunities. Seeing candidates thrive and companies grow reinforced one belief early on: when talent and culture align, everyone wins.Curious to understand what happens beyond the hire, I transitioned into in house HR to gain a full view of how organizations attract, retain, and develop their people. That journey took me across borders from Vancouver to Taiwan, and from Taipei to Malaysia through promotion and back to Vancouver. Each move challenged me to grow, adapt, and lead with confidence.Over the past 10 years, I’ve partnered with international organizations through growth, mergers, acquisitions, and transformation.
