When necessary, WHH engages our 24/7 medical staff to address immediate issues. Our physician-directed programs are protocol driven, and align with clinical best practices. Our physicians and pharmacists are available 24/7 to triage all patient health care issues. If an emergent issue arises, Health Advocates escalate all the way to 911.
