Working in the tech space as a SaaS sales professional has been one of the most amazing experiences I have had to date. Working remotely in a competitive sales space like this is exciting and challenging. This past year was an eye opening experience that has left me hungry for more. Working as a sales professional brought me back to that competitive energy I loved so much while playing a collegiate sport. Field Hockey always gave me something I could strive to be the best at. It pushed me out of my comfort zone and forced me to take new challenges in stride. Time management, team work and leadership were all skills I had to develop very quickly. Now as a sales professional, I feel that same spark; a competitive work environment where your success is a direct reflection of the work you put in.My career is something I take pride in and happily dedicate my time to. But everyone needs a healthy balance in life. I have found mine through reading and spending lots of time outdoors. A good book by the beach is my favorite way to relax and unwind.Everything I am and everything I do now is just a culmination of all the wonderful, and heartbreaking, experiences I have had in my life. And honestly, I wouldn\'t change a single thing. I owe everything in my life to God. The support I have received from my family and friends has gotten me through all the highs and all the lows in my life. As a little girl, I never dreamed that I would be living the life I am now.
