My career spans U.S. federal negotiations, international incentives, global strategy, product innovation, and enterprise wide operational leadership across organizations ranging from $700M to $3B+ in annual revenue.Most recently, I led the negotiation and completion of Intel’s U.S. CHIPS Act agreement, securing $7.86B in direct federal funding to advance domestic semiconductor manufacturing—while also supporting significant incentive agreements across Germany and Poland as part of Intel’s European expansion strategy. I was honored with the 2024 Intel Achievement Award, the company’s highest recognition, for a multi year effort that secured over $50B in global incentives and U.S. tax credits.Throughout my career, I have built a reputation for bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to highly complex, often ambiguous initiatives.
