In Feb \'21, I transitioned to the Alexa Shopping organisation in London where I led programs for the Contextual Product Questions & Answers (CPQ & A) team. My work included leading architectural changes and collaborating with Marketing to enhance customer engagement with Alexa, earning the Force Multiplier award for launching two major initiatives. In 2023, I played an instrumental role in evolving Alexa into Rufus, Amazon\'s generative AI shopping assistant, collaborating extensively with US-based teams. Building on this success, I led Rufus\'s 2024 international expansion across eight markets including the UK, EU, Japan, and Canada. This complex rollout required coordinating with Legal, Privacy, and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to local regulations, earning another Force Multiplier award. Currently, I\'m driving the integration of image recognition capabilities into Rufus while enhancing AI-generated Q&A systems. This role demands cross-functional leadership across engineering, privacy, legal, science, security, customer services, and data teams to deliver innovative AI solutions.
