As an educational leader committed to instructional excellence and equity, I bring a dynamic blend of school-level leadership, regional coaching experience, and entrepreneurial vision to my work. In my role as Assistant Principal of Curriculum & Instruction, I lead with a deep belief that all students deserve rigorous, relevant, and inclusive learning experiences and that educators thrive when they are equipped with the tools, coaching, and professional learning that elevate their practice.My background as a Regional Instructional Literacy Coach has grounded my leadership in the science of teaching and learning. I specialize in designing and implementing research-based instructional frameworks, building teacher capacity, and crafting learning experiences that resonate across diverse student populations. I am passionate about empowering teachers through actionable feedback, data-informed instructional coaching, and professional development that is practical, engaging, and transformative.As the founder of Bridge the Gap Learning & Development, I extend this mission beyond a single campus, working to shift educational discourse, strengthen instructional ecosystems, and support schools in creating environments where both students and educators can excel. Across all of my work, my purpose remains clear: to champion excellent instruction, advocate for equitable access to high-quality learning, and ensure that every educator has what they need to unlock the potential in every classroom
