As Co-President of the John Molson Human Resources and Management Association (JHMA) for the 2025–2026 academic year, I represent HR and Management students within the John Molson School of Business. I lead a team of 17 executives and associates, along side my Co-President, in organizing workshops, networking events, and career-focused initiatives designed to enrich the student experience. In addition to internal leadership, I work to build meaningful partnerships with industry professionals and collaborate with other student organizations across JMSB to create valuable opportunities for our members.

ABOUT VANESSA EL-HABRE
As a driven and organized professional with a strong background in event planning, administration, and customer service, I thrive in fast-paced environments that require creative problem-solving and attention to detail. I currently serve as Co-President of the John Molson Human Resources and Management Association (JHMA), where I lead a dynamic team in organizing impactful events, developing strategic initiatives, and enhancing student engagement within the John Molson School of Business.In parallel, I hold the role of President of the Lebanese Student Association (LSA), overseeing the vision, operations, and growth of the organization while fostering a strong sense of community among members.Additionally, I work as a front house employee at Malak Al Tawouk, where I provide efficient customer service, support daily operations, and ensure a welcoming and organized environment for guests.I am pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a double major in Business Management and Marketing at Concordia University. My long-term goal is to leverage my leadership experience and organizational skills to make meaningful contributions to people-centered organizations and to deliver exceptional, memorable experiences.
