Currently serving as the Director of Programs at CYC, I leverage my expertise to provide strategic direction across diverse program areas, ensuring that each initiative is not only well-developed but also aligned with our mission of empowering youth.My role encompasses the entire program lifecycle— from conceptualization and implementation to evaluation and continuous improvement. I am dedicated to utilizing data-driven insights and best practices to prioritize objectives and allocate resources effectively, all while maintaining a focus on measurable outcomes that demonstrate our impact.I excel in cultivating collaborative team environments, where shared accountability and open communication are paramount. By integrating programmatic activities and optimizing staff capacities, I ensure that our services are of the highest quality and that we remain agile in our approach to emerging challenges.Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, I work both independently and alongside dedicated colleagues to spearhead initiatives that encompass Member Engagement, Policy Advocacy, Training, and Special Initiatives, including our work with Foster Youth in Action (FYIA). My commitment extends beyond our internal operations; I actively represent CYC at regional, statewide, and national levels, building strategic partnerships that enhance our reach and effectiveness.With a focus on continuous growth and innovation, I am eager to connect with like-minded professionals who share a commitment to service excellence and youth empowerment.
