As an engineering and global asset management professional with over 25 years of experience, I lead Asset & Mobility Management Advisory Services at Arcadis, specializing in enterprise asset management (EAM), ISO assessments, lifecycle planning, asset condition monitoring, and data‑driven decision science. I collaborate with organizations to optimize operations, strengthen governance frameworks, and deliver sustainable outcomes across diverse infrastructure portfolios.My career highlights include directing the City of Brampton’s $9B infrastructure portfolio, guiding the New York Power Authority to become the first North American utility to achieve ISO certification, and leading enterprise‑wide digital transformation at the Toronto Transit Commission, including IBM Maximo rollout and Canada’s first IAM‑accredited Training & Innovation Centre.
