Develop and oversee the strategic direction of school-based mental health programs in collaboration with school districts and community stakeholders. Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and educational programs. Coordinate with the facility’s clinical and administrative teams to ensure outreach efforts align with organizational goals. Identify community needs and gaps in mental health resources, advocating for necessary services. Represent the facility at conferences, health fairs, and networking events.
