Working within the Frasers Internal Recruitment Team, I am currently responsible for sourcing and recruiting dynamic and motivational people that are driven by success into the business for our Sports Direct Stores On a daily basis I engage with managers of all levels by using recruitment tools such as social media,LinkedIn and job boards, as well as supporting the stores and area /regional managers with their recruitment needs, which means I work closely with the guys to make sure I get the right people for our roles who then in tern have a long a successful career with us.If want to be rewarded for being motivated, committed, and ambitious while enjoying working in an exciting retail environment, then Frasers is the company for you to join!

I have worked for Sports Direct since April and have never looked back.I joined SD as an assistant manager and became manager of my first store in 2002 in Solihull.Sports Direct gave me many opportunities as a manager,which have made me in to the person I am. While I was an assistant manager and store manager, I travelled with the company setting up new stores throughout the country and also Northern Ireland. The time I spent in Belfast was so challenging,but exciting and very rewarding to see the end results. At present i am a Retail Resourcing Partner for region five which covers the east and west Midlands as well as Cambridge, east Anglia and south Wales, I recruit for all positions including part time, store managers,assistant managers, supervisors and area managers. This role is fantastic and I meet lots of great people from all backgrounds and i love introducing them to the Sports Direct Family so they can start their exciting journey in our retail stores and never look back just like me.
