ABOUT VANESSA BEK

Ich bin eine neugierige Person. Mich interessiert wie Menschen “ticken”, was sie ausmacht und wo sie in ihrem Leben stehen. Darüber hinaus fasziniert mich der Prozess der Veränderung, das Streben nach Neuem, aber auch das Bewahren des Alten. Ich bin davon überzeugt, dass aus der Balance aus beidem sich Individuen, Teams und Organisationen auf einen spannenden Weg in die Zukunft begeben können - wenn sie dabei wertschätzend, achtsam und professionell begleitet werden. Daher sehe ich mich nicht nur als Begleiterin, Coach und Trainerin sondern vor allem als lebenslange Schülerin – mit dem Anspruch meine Neugierde immer zu bewahren. I am a curious person. I\'m interested in how people are, what makes them tick and where they stand in their lives. I am also fascinated by the process of change, the pursuit of something new, but also the preservation of the old. I am convinced that by balancing both, individuals, teams and organizations can embark on an exciting path into the future - if they are supported in an appreciative, mindful and professional way. Therefore, I see myself not only as a consultant, coach and trainer but above all as a lifelong student - with the aim of always maintaining my curiosity.
