I help employers to manage their complex people tax, develop business and reward strategies, polices, processes/ controls to manage employment cost and retain/ reward its employees. All to create long term value and engagement. I also sit on the employment tax technical sub-committee of the CIOT (Chartered Institute of Taxation) and a number of HMRC focus groups, consulting on proposed changes to employment tax legislation, bringing to the Government’s attention the views of employers and providing challenge.
