   I work with the Legal and Regulatory Risk Prevention team within Global risk operations at Meta where my role involves solving for real time crises, proactively identifying and evaluating for emerging risks, conducting risk related investigations, and assessing what’s best for community. I work on identifying integrity gaps and systemic problems that cause crisis and provide meaningful insights back to relevant stakeholders (XFNs). Role also involves managing quality for multiple vendor teams spread globally and create robust systems/processes in place to run quality program that is scalable & adaptable to other lines of business. Also, Managing multiple vendor site teams to mitigate any challenges they face as part of their operations and develop ways to improve the existing process considering heightened regulatory workflow risks.
