Advocating our content and product on-line, at conferences and in the Media.\\\\n\\\\n Content Development : Lead the creation best-in-class online-classes and all the related material for trainees and trainers. Author or co-author all of them. Adapting the content to different company profiles (Start-ups, Scale-ups, big companies). Monitoring the quality and managing the content update process.\\\\n\\\\n Coach Academy : hiring, training and managing NUMA Academy’s Coaches. Creating the training materials, shadowing, sharing continuous feedback and managing the community.\\\\n\\\\n Main achievements \\\\n Created a format that allowed NUMA to move from on-site-training only to delivering more than online classes in 18 months.\\\\n Developed a catalogue of 50 online-classes that received a rating between 4/5 and 5/5 by 92% of participants.\\\\n Recruited and trained 40 best-in-class Mentors & Coaches to join NUMA Academy both in France and internationally.\\\\n Averaged participants to each seasons of the “Remote Academy” a by-weekly webinar I started hosting in March 2020 on the Challenges of Hybrid Work.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
