I coordinate subcontractors, vendors and construction crews, oversee site logistics such as material delivery, maintain daily construction records, and serve as the main point of contact for field operations.On-Site Supervision:Responsible for daily operations and physical work on the construction site.Crew Management:This includes managing construction crews, subcontractors, and other workers on site.Scheduling and Coordination:Coordinates work schedules, orders materials/utilities, and organizes the delivery of equipment and materials according to project schedules.Quality and Safety:Being a superintendent also involves enforcing quality standards and local safety regulations, including OSHA regulations, ensuring the site is compliant and safe.Reporting and Documentation:Keep daily records of construction site activities, progress, and costs, providing reports to the project manager.Budget and resource management, focusing on the project. I am always present at the construction site, focused on direct project execution within the budget and deadlines.Relationship with the Project Manager: I report to the Project Manager, who handles more general responsibilities for client service, long-term planning, and broader financial control.
