As the first UX hire and UX strategist, I shape how our employee-facing platforms and workflows function as a cohesive experience. My role covers problem solving and hands-on execution — from information architecture, governance design, UX standards, research, and cross-platform alignment to designing and developing the patterns that support these frameworks.I’ve built foundational structures that previously didn’t exist, including decision-making models, content governance frameworks, intake workflows, evaluative heuristics, and scalable patterns that guide how teams publish, maintain, and improve the employee experience. This work has helped shift the organization from disconnected micro-requests to decisions rooted in shared understanding.I lead ambiguous, cross-functional problems and guide teams toward shared clarity and scalable solutions. The structures I’ve introduced now support more intentional and forward-looking decision-making across the organization.
