I am a Deputy General Manager at Axis Energy Group, a leading renewable energy company with over USD 2 billion in assets. I have more than 13 years of experience in corporate finance, structured and project financing, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). As a finance and M&A expert, I oversee all financial aspects of the Group\'s renewable energy projects, including securing investments, performing financial analysis, conducting due diligence, and negotiating agreements. I recently secured a USD 845 million investment in a joint venture with Brookfield Asset Management, one of the world\'s largest alternative asset managers.
