Currently working as a Quality Assurance Associate at Broadway Infotech, where I ensure the quality and reliability of web-based applications through rigorous manual testing, API testing (Postman), and performance audits using Lighthouse. I started my journey here as a Management Trainee, gaining hands-on experience in project coordination, quality assurance processes, and client communication in Agile/Scrum environments.I bring a hybrid QA–BA edge, having contributed to requirement gathering, BRD/PRD documentation, and stakeholder communication on multiple client and internal projects.
