ABOUT VANDAN PATEL
Ever since I was little, numbers were my thing. I never knew what I wanted to be when I was a child. Everything seemed enticing, one week I wanted to be a doctor and the next week I wanted to be a pilot. When I entered high school I started to narrow down my list as I experienced and learned new things. I started to understand that every job required a different talent. My talent was numbers.I started learning my multiplication tables before everyone else in school because I wanted to, no one forced me to jump ahead, I just felt like doing it. Mental calculations were a strength of mine because I liked the idea of not needing to reach for a calculator every 5 seconds. This passion for numbers and calculations has continued on for me. I love experimenting with Excel and its numerous mechanics, there is just so much to play with that it feels like a game sometimes. I love it.I want to be a Financial Analyst, I want to use my skills in Excel in the real world, whether it be for data entries, forecasting, company models or anything in between.
