I have a diverse background in several areas of the accounting and finance spectrum, mainly in a manufacturing environment. I have spent the bulk of my career continuously improving processes. I have been successful at building strong relationships within his functional area as well as cross-functionally among all areas of the organization. I am a results oriented leader who takes the necessary time to mentor others, to aid in their professional growth.I have an extensive treasury experience and a proven record in providing resources necessary to ensure the continuity and growth of a company. I have implemented reporting systems from the ground up and am able to keep the “big picture” in mind to make it as dynamic and functional as possible. This has led to numerous process improvements in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. I have also been instrumental in recreating a standard cost model and then assisting with the ERP implementation. I am not afraid to roll up my sleeves to get the job done.My international experiences have exposed me to multiple currencies as well as IFRS reporting. I take time to understand and appreciate different cultures and customs to be a more effective communicator and colleague. I also understand and speak Spanish at a conversational level.
