I am a senior executive, currently Chief Operating Officer, leading multi-hundred-million-dollar healthcare services with dozens of service lines within top-20 tertiary and quaternary hospitals and multisite ambulatory healthcare systems. Simply stated, I design, build and lead innovative programs that make healthcare work better—for patients and physicians, and the internal organizations that serve them. I connect strong business operations with clinical integrity and financial discipline so health systems can sustain progress, not just chase it. I lead through structure, clarity, and execution. My work brings together operations, finance, HR, front line healthcare practitioners, and clinical executive leadership to improve performance across large, matrixed health systems. I design scalable frameworks, build forward-thinking teams, and define the metrics that measure outcomes that matter—access, quality, and long-term financial health. I connect service lines to enterprise strategy while advancing patient care and physician engagement. I launched a proprietary virtual care program and scaled it 12.5X, setting the stage for hybrid urgent-primary care models. I shape clinician workflows, career development, and patient pipelines to specialty clinical care. Always learning, I am leading initiatives exploring the ways that AI can expand access and drive operational efficiency. I tie operational innovation to P & Ls and budgets across community and institutional sites, building pathways connecting clinicians, patient care, and reimbursement. In fact, to date, my initiatives have delivered 8 figures of top-line revenue. I bolster trust by translating strategy into action and aligning diverse stakeholders, fostering engagement through data-driven decisions, transparency, and coaching, and even the most difficult decisions are grounded in thorough analysis and negotiation with all parties.    As Chief Operating Officer (COO), I architect, operationalize, and scale processes that support growth for University Medical Partners’ (UMP) ambulatory service lines and pipeline into Stanford Health Care’s (SHC) tertiary and quaternary healthcare services. At hire, I negotiated expanded authority to deliver enterprise-wide operational impact and propel strategic initiatives across UMP. I championed my vision for a new operating model with UMP’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), who sought a rapid strategic pivot. I tailored a trusted operating framework to UMP’s strategic context, creating a 5-year plan to advance patient access, institutional culture, approach to innovation (including AI), and employee engagement. I structured a dedicated management services team to prioritize the top 10% of UMP\'s most impactful operational initiatives, effectively mobilizing organizational resources for tangible results. I led engagement for 275 clinicians across 37 clinics, delivering 650K+ annual visits, restoring the team to embrace the “Joy in Medicine” culture pillar. I improved impact of clinical engagements, protected time for our newly structured clinical leadership team (Site Leads, Medical Directors, and Chiefs), provided a succession plan for clinicians seeking administrative leadership, and realigned annual incentives (captured via Rippling). These initiatives drove a marked increase in employee NPS within 2 years. I supported the implementation of DAX CoPilot in Epic EMR to enhance clinician and patient experience. We also are evaluating best practices for Gemini, Perplexity, NotebookLM, Plaud AI, ChatGPT, and Stanford’s proprietary AI solutions.
