I’ve built my early career managing luxury retail locations along the East Coast, where I discovered my passion for leadership, fast-paced environments, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Along the way, I’ve worn many hats—title searcher, dance teacher, office manager, salon manager, personal banker—and thrived in each by learning quickly, adapting fast, and exceeding expectations.What sets me apart is my ability to lead with energy, communicate with confidence, and build high-performing teams. I take pride in consistently surpassing goals, whether it\'s in sales, operations, or customer relations.I entered the Colorado cannabis industry working for a boutique flower company, where I focused on sales, account management, and events. I worked closely with the owner and Sales Director to ensure prospective and current clients were consistently supported and satisfied. This role allowed me to build a strong statewide network and develop lasting relationships with dispensaries across Colorado. Working for Harmony Extracts, a company known for its award-winning, consistent, and high-quality cannabis extracts was truly a pleasure and a fantastic year spent networking with even more dispensaries around Colorado. I worked closely with the Marketing Director to ensure in-store visuals met brand standards, assisted in creating all social media content, and managed those platforms. I also had the pleasure of representing Harmony in the field, attending dispensary events and pop-ups to connect directly with the community.Currently I have the privilege for utilizing my skills to represent Rove, a national, and soon to be Internationally recognized cannabis brand doing huge things for the industry. As Rove has entered the Colorado market I will be the first person to fill the Field Marketing Representative Role for Colorado. I am excited to join such an incredible team and I am looking forward seeing you all out at event and pop-ups representing Rove! I see every day as an opportunity to grow, connect, and make a lasting impact.
