As a highly skilled management professional, with over 15 years of targeted experience leading teams that have exceeded expectations, I bring to the table not only the necessary requirements of the position, but a personal responsibility and drive to provide leadership, strategic thinking, and thoroughness to the company mission. Starting my career in the military, I’ve successfully managed people in a variety of roles: customer service, sales, and administration. I offer longevity and expertise in developing people, working cross-functionally across all departments and providing comprehensive support to both lower-level and executive level staff. My work ethic and professionalism are first class. Through my career, I’ve been able to provide unwavering and efficient support to Director Level positions, while seamlessly managing both productivity and efficiency initiatives that drive performance. In 2016 I was given an amazing opportunity by the Department of Veteran Affairs to further my education and go to grad school, all while receiving a monetary stipend to cover the cost of living. After receiving a Master\'s Degree in Management earlier this year, I\'m currently working in a high-level management capacity for the Department of Education. I’ve taken on resources tasks, talent acquisition, creating policies within Labor Laws, conflict resolution, and diversity inclusion. In addition, I’ve also taken on finance responsibilities such as finance audits, department budgets, and salary negotiation.
