   Lead the planning and execution of all One Knoxville SC events, including First Teamhome matches, W League matches, and non-matchday events. Serve as the primary point of contact for league representatives, stadium personnel,part-time staff members, and interns on match days. Manage all home game operations, including stadium readiness, credentialing, staffing,parking, signage, field setup, etc. Develop and distribute matchday timelines, run-of-show documents, PA scripts, andcommunication plans for internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate operational elements related to fan experience, including ingress and egress,stadium presentation, and in-match entertainment. Recruit, train, and supervise part-time and volunteer matchday staff to ensure high levelsof professionalism and efficiency. Work closely with stadium and facility management to ensure operational readiness,maintain cleanliness, and comply with safety standards. Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, and Ticketing teams to support eventactivation and sponsor fulfillment. Manage equipment, signage, and operational inventory to ensure all assets are correctlymaintained and stored. Oversee implementation of safety and emergency protocols, coordinating with securityand law enforcement as required. Lead pre-event meetings to ensure the team is up to date on event timelines and elements. Conduct post-event evaluations to assess performance, address issues, and identify areasfor improvement. Prepare matchday reports, incident documentation, and operational summaries for reviewby leadership.
