I’ve spent the last few years working with game studios and internal teams to help bring projects from idea to execution.In my current role at Keywords Studios, I sit in the middle of a lot of moving pieces—working through scope, building cost proposals, and helping make sure programs stay aligned as they move forward. A big part of my day-to-day is tracking how projects are progressing, working in Excel and CRM tools to stay on top of pipeline and revenue, and helping teams adjust when priorities or timelines shift.What I’ve found over time is that I really enjoy the structure behind it all. The planning, the figures, and the coordination it takes to keep things on track. Understanding how cost, forecasting, and results have become the most interesting part of the work for me.I tend to do my best work in environments where details matter, teams rely on each other, and there’s a clear goal everyone is working toward. I like being someone others can count on to stay organized, think things through, and keep things moving.
