I am a finance and operations-focused business leader with a track record of growing companies from the ground up as well as taking mature companies to a higher level of performance. I have a strong background in financial services having worked in credit unions, banks and service organizations.As the CFO and EVP for Unity Bank, I help to support the growth goals of the organization. Our most recent accomplishment was to merge three multi-state banks into one. What a challenging but awesome experience! It is very exciting to be a part of a growth organization that is well on its way to becoming a $1 Billion in size.Formerly the CFO with COO-type responsibilities for an umbrella organization, I had responsibility for risk management of the company and had direct oversight of accounting, capital markets, compliance, mortgage servicing, IT and human resources. My experience at CU Companies was one of gradual accumulation of great responsibility and contribution. I helped ensure efficiencies and economies of scale among the organization\'s five companies by being involved in top-level strategy as well as day-to-day operations of each. I appreciate and thrive on a wide scope of duties with the commensurate opportunity to work with others to make a difference for an organization, its employees, its clients and its community.
