I found my during my senior year of part time college. At a job I followed a colleague to a new job and fell in love. I learned I could make a living at my interest in computers and after 20+ years I never plan to change careers.Knowledgeable Desktop Support and Helpdesk veteran with 20+ years of technical support experience and expertise in providing excellence in service delivery while maintaining high levels of first-touch resolution. Proven success in supporting 30+ simultaneous clients across multiple verticals in high volume ticket environments. Key contributor with leadership experience who actively develops teams through technical documentation and hands-on training efforts. Played integral part keeping Windows 10 migration on schedule. Had a significant role in preparing and shipping 75+ setups onsite during Hurricane Harvey disaster recovery operations in 2017.
