   Lead implementing and maintaining advanced process control projects using Platform for Advanced Control and Estimation (PACE - Shell/Yokogawa product) and Advanced Regulatory Control in Air Separation Units (ASU) to increase plant production and efficiency in various plant modes- Performed loop tuning to improve process performance and stability. Worked closely with the plants to collect data, perform step testing and utilize analytic software’s (PI vision, Protuner…) to optimize APC models, enhance operational effectiveness and anomaly detection- Supported the DCS-APC interface with OPC communication to various DCS platforms (Emerson, Yokogawa, Foxboro…). Support troubleshooting issues related to software’s and interfaces between multiple platforms. Implemented KPI tracking to monitor APC performances in different plants. Provided advanced solutions to troubleshoot issues in Air Separation Units plants to improve equipment’s’ reliability and produce energy saving.
