Sourcing, Identifying the Requirements from Top vendors to place Consultants in quick turnaround time in Contract, Contract-to-hire positions. Posting consultant’s resumes into Dice, Monster, indeed, Tec fetch, CareerBuilder etc to reach maximum number of Prime Vendors. Involved in Updating profiles on daily basis in all Job portals. Broadcasting Updated Hot-list daily in groups and sending Hot-list to all the vendors at a time through Mass emailing. Marketing our bench own consultants to the suitable requirements. Coordinating with the consultant to know their comfortableness with the requirement before submitting to the Vendor. Prepare the consultants for the end client interviews. Having the resumes of my candidates updated and when required based on the requirement. Reaching out for the maximum number of open requirements in the market. Establish and maintain a good relationship with the employees, vendors, and the clients. Interacting with Tier one Vendors and making new vendors to the company. Discussing with the client about the description and responsibilities for a job and the level of performance expectation from the candidate (expert/intermediate/Senior/Mid/Junior, etc.) Negotiate rates with the Vendors/ Clients. Involved in marketing profiles of OPT, CPT, H1B, H1B Transfers, L2-EAD, H4-EAD, TN-Visa, GC-EAD, GC, USA. Submitting, scheduling interview, follow-up with Vendors, negotiation of offers. Maintain the Database of the profiles screened and submitted. Making Follow ups with different vendors for previously submitted positions. Organizes feedback sessions on interviewed candidates. Rechecking with vendors about end clients and client details to avoid double submittals.
