Master data –Locations - Streamlined the locations across globe with strong push on process change – down from 600+ locations to 7 Production plants and 12 DC’s. streamlined the tight N/W for FG and Raws.Product master -New process has been setup for NPI and decommissioning of products Tight control and proper training for data stewards for maintaining IBP specific master data.MRP controllers, MRP types, SPK’s are streamlined with MDM team. Customer Hierarchy - Deep dive analysis of customer hierarchyReduced customer hierarchy from whooping 8 levels to 4 level including ship-to attached. BOM/WC/PDS - End to end analysis with product owners and product controllers are done across company and analyzed there past productions which helps to reduce 80% of junk BOM’s from S4 – 60% of WC are cleaned and 90% of PDS are deleted from the system.Demand : • Forecast accuracy improvement by 14% on ship-to level and 23% over all accuracy.• Reduced safety time by 7% overall across the global species.• Proper analysis is done on sales orders history – including capturing of mvmt types, orders adj, returns.• Set up the proper S & OP process plans and guidelines to adhere.Supply –• Implemented complex constrained heuristics (RCCP) for VA plants.• Innovative out-of-box solutions implemented for cyclic production.• Customize capacity calculations in IBP for accurate constraint planning.• Implemented customized Form-fit function for product substitutions.• Introduced different forecast consumption models for MTO, MTS and MTC scenarios.• Innovative solutions provided for species without proper UOM maintained in source system.• POC completed for Harmonized planning area and RTI for OBP. Process –• Provided cheat sheet for IBP master data gate keepers and trained end to end.• New process implemented in QA on developing objects and process to move to production.• Synched up production and QA with 99% accuracy which is 58% initially.
