I am an Aerospace Engineering professional with over 12 years of experience supporting commercial gas turbine engine programs at Rolls-Royce. My expertise spans engineering design support, manufacturing engineering, producibility analysis, and engineering disposition of non-conforming hardware. Currently I serve as a Delegated Design Authority and Engineering Board Approver, responsible for technical approval of engineering decisions related to gas turbine hardware. I also previously held responsibility as a Delegated Non-Conformance Authority, evaluating and approving engineering concessions for production and in-service hardware. My experience includes supporting engine programs through development, production, and sustainment phases, while collaborating with cross-functional Integrated Product Teams to resolve complex engineering and manufacturing challenges.
