I am a supply chain leader with more than 19 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry & FMCG, currently heading the central planning function at Dr. Reddy\'s Laboratories.I have successfully led and delivered on various strategic and operational initiatives, such as improving forecast accuracy, optimizing inventory levels, enhancing customer service, enabling new product launches, and implementing planning tools and digital solutions.My core competencies include demand and supply planning, logistics and procurement, cross-functional problem solving, data-driven decision making, and designing and improving supply chain processes with automation.
