I am a Manufacturing Engineer with hands‑on experience in casting process development, quality control, and continuous improvement across automotive and heavy equipment industries. At Caterpillar, I operate a production‑intent research cell to advance centrifugal casting processes, conducting DOE studies on temperature, RPM, mold materials, and coatings. My work focuses on reducing the risks of traditional sand casting, improving operator safety, and scaling validated processes into production achieving measurable results such as a 15% reduction in casting defects and a 25% drop in near‑miss incidents.Previously at Kia Motors India, I contributed to improving manufacturing efficiency, defect reduction, and APQP/PPAP readiness for new product launches. I collaborated with cross‑functional teams to refine tooling, optimize layouts, and strengthen quality systems, gaining valuable experience in project management and process optimization.I hold a master’s degree in industrial & manufacturing engineering from Bradley University, where I completed research projects on manufacturing optimization, DOE, and gear system durability.
