Oversee full cycle recruiting for assigned positions, collaborating with Hiring Managers and teams to secure top talent.• Worked on AI/ML, Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Localization PM, Translation and Interpreters, Solution Architects, Full Stack Engineer, Front-End Developers, Project/Program Managers, Data Analysts, Cloud Engineers, DevOps, System Admin, Technical Lead, React/Node Developer, Leadership roles (Director, AVP, VP) etc.• Develop and execute hiring strategies in partnership with hiring managers, encompassing proactive sourcing, assessment, interviewing, and referring qualified candidates. This includes posting jobs, pre-screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and working closely with managers throughout the selection process.• Provide weekly Talent Acquisition updates during Leadership meetings. Maintain and track sheets, hiring authorization forms, and pending approvals.• Utilize technology for sourcing, recruiting, and assessing talent on platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter. Collaborate with partnering agencies to hire temporary or contract staff.• Implement integration with the Workday, setting up new requisitions, uploading candidates, scheduling interviews, releasing offer letter, laptop shipments, background checks, etc.• Align with DEI values to build a diverse and inclusive company, ensuring diversity within the organization.• Apply knowledge of best-in-class recruiting practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.• Manage and utilize Workday for various recruitment activities including candidate screening, interview scheduling, offer management, and tracking recruitment metrics.• Train hiring managers and other stakeholders on using Workday for recruitment-related tasks.
