Responsbile for submitting qualified candidate to the client-Any rejections of resumes on client, will be reviewed and discussing the reasons with the team-Selling consultant as why he is a good fit for the positions-Ensuring quality submission on every requirement and declining requirements where we know we cannot submit candidate-Giving Clear understanding of requirements to the team-On PO confirmation ensuring that candidate must be joined without fail-Ensuring that team members are not going to sit with less than 2 submissions on given working day-Discovering who needs the training, and providing coaching to the team members-Listening to team members’ feedback and resolving any issues or conflicts-Ensuring that all assigned team-members have a solid understanding of client business and plans in order to place the candidates-Developed sourcing and screening strategies for core skillsets as per the client\'s needs-Ensuring team members have all the resources to perform the responsibility.
