About Vamica Malhotra
I am a hardworking and motivated person who is currently working as a Global HR Consultant at HSBC.Previous to that, I was working as a Manager with EY\'s people consulting team. I have catered to huge projects for clients across financial sector. Previous to that I have worked as an organisation transformation consultant with Mindwize. I have also worked as a Lead in Learning and Organizational Development function in PeopleStrong, building HR processes in Gurgaon along with Organizational development initiatives to improve employee engagement. I also worked as an Associate Business Psychologist, gaining and practicing knowledge of P-CMM (People Capability Maturity Model)as an Organizational Development and Change Management tool amongst PSUs in India. I have also worked in competency management and building a competency mapping tool.I have completed my MSc in Business Psychology from the University of Leeds. I have knowledge of not just about businesses and their processes, but also people in the business world and their psychology behind that work. I am also a trained and certified Occupational Test User as per British Psychological Society.I also have deep interest in dance and music. I have gained dance skills in kuchipudi, kathak, indian bollywood, western bollywood and belly dance. I also hold a second level certificate from Trinity University for Music.
