I am a project manager to the core, even when my title has been something else. There is nothing more energizing than breaking down a complex project or professional challenge into its component parts, making a plan (including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation), and then managing all the moving parts and people - working hard until we achieve a successful result. In my experience, this has often included elements of risk management and conflict resolution too. I am passionate about innovating new solutions, improving business operations efficiency, and delivering a positive customer experience. I value collaboration, integrity, and excellence. Through my academic experiences (advanced degrees in project management and IT management), post-graduate training (as a Certified Scrum Master and a Certified Associate in Project Management), and professional roles, I have managed projects, teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, applying data analysis and data storytelling to communicate insights and inform decision making. My approach is deeply data-driven and I am comfortable using SQL, Python, and Tableau to deliver projects that are not only successful, but also analytically sound. Notable results of my professional contributions include increasing sales by 37%, increasing brand recognition by 20%, and increasing user retention by 25%. My data-centric perspective ensured that our strategies were guided by deep analytical insight.
