Tim has many years of experience as a land use and economic consultant to public sector clients ranging from local governments, housing authorities, state departments of transportation, and federal development authorities as well as private sector clients including developers, financial institutions, and non-developer landowners. He has also worked as a housing economist and analyzed affordable housing policy and market rate supply and demand across all residential formats, including multifamily rental apartments, attached for-sale product, single-family detached units, and age-targeted projects, in all types of contexts including mixed-use and transit-oriented development (TOD). Outside of his day job, he is also a founder/co-owner of Four Friends Kitchen, an award-winning brunch spot since 2015, and was an elected member of the board of directors of the Westerly Creek Metropolitan District, a special district set up to finance new infrastructure in the Central Park redevelopment in Denver.
