About Valorie Young
Athletics have always been my passion. As a former Division I athlete and survivor of a major car accident (and massive brain injury), I’ve learned the value of grit, recovery, and building a life with purpose. That resilience has fueled my entrepreneurial journey and shaped the way I approach business.Today, I run Hunt Country Land Holdings, where I help people achieve the dream of land ownership through affordable parcels, owner financing, and straightforward service. In addition, I’m a licensed Realtor and the owner/manager of multiple short-term rental properties, giving me hands-on experience in both real estate investment and hospitality.Over the years, I’ve also explored ventures in the wellness space, including co-founding a CBD company. While my main focus now is land and real estate, those experiences deepened my passion for helping others create stability, freedom, and opportunities for the future.At the core of everything I do is a simple mission: • Make ownership accessible – through transparent land and real estate opportunities. • Create financial freedom – with smart investments and income-generating properties. • Live with resilience – and help others do the same.
